9 PDC3B Summary : We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer to provide operational and production support for our React Native (mobile) and (web) applications. The role involves incident resolution deployment support monitoring and collaboration with L1 DevOps and L3 / development teams to ensure seamless application availability and performance Roles & Responsibilities : - Monitor dashboards error logs crash reports (Firebase Sentry Splunk ELK etc.).- Troubleshoot issues related to UI APIs builds deployments and integrations.- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide workarounds until permanent fixes.- Escalate unresolved issues with detailed analysis to L3 teams.- Manage deployments for web apps () and mobile apps (React Native).- Handle app release activities : code packaging signing and publishing to Google Play Store & Apple App Store.- Support SSL CDN caching and environment configuration changes.- Monitor application availability performance and end-user experience.- Support routine checks regression validations after releases and system health monitoring.- Work closely with L1 support for ticket triage.- Partner with DevOps for CI / CD pipeline troubleshooting.- Maintain runbooks FAQs and known error databases. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in . Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.- Hands-on with (web) or React Native (mobile) applications- Understanding of REST APIs authentication mechanisms (OAuth2 JWT).- Experience with monitoring / logging tools ( Splunk AppDynamics ELK).- Knowledge of incident management systems (ServiceNow Jira).- Exposure to CI / CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions).- Familiarity with mobile build / release processes (Xcode Android Studio signing provisioning profiles).- Good to Have Skills - Exposure to native Android (Java / Kotlin) and iOS (Swift / Objective-C) debugging.- Familiarity with mobile device testing frameworks (Appium Detox).- Knowledge of security standards (PCI DSS TLS data encryption). - Scripting knowledge (Shell Python or PowerShell) for automation.- Basic knowledge of cloud computing (AWS) Additional Information : - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in .- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
