We're Hiring : Platform Technical Architect.

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka | 🏢 Hybrid Work Environment.

Experience : 10 to 16 Years | 🛠️ Full-time Role.

We’re looking for an experienced Platform Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of robust cloud-native platforms and DevOps practices. This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical leadership, deep hands-on expertise, and collaboration across teams.

About the Role :

As a Platform Technical Architect , you’ll own the end-to-end architecture lifecycle — from evaluating technologies and running POCs to building and deploying scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to define architecture standards, drive DevSecOps practices, and shape the technical roadmap.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions.
Design and maintain Kubernetes environments with technologies like Helm and KEDA .
Lead infrastructure-as-code development (80% hands-on) and cloud platform integration.
Implement CI / CD pipelines and champion DevSecOps practices.
Drive architecture reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align technical strategies.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience : 10 to 16 years in engineering or architecture roles.

Kubernetes : Deep experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Kubernetes environments (Helm, KEDA).

Cloud & DevOps : Strong expertise in Azure and Azure DevOps .

Infrastructure-as-Code : Proficiency with IaC tools and automation (80% hands-on coding expected).

DevSecOps : Solid understanding of DevOps, security, and monitoring best practices.

API Management : Familiarity with OAuth , OIDC , SAML , REST , GraphQL , CORS , TLS , rate limiting.

Networking & Security : Knowledge of L4 / L7 networking, firewall configurations, TLS, and application security.

Leadership : Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
