Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Sales role located in Mumbai. The individual will focus on driving restaurant sales by building relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and executing strategies to achieve revenue goals. Daily responsibilities include interacting with potential and existing customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting training initiatives to ensure the team provides a positive guest experience.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Ability to conduct and support Training to enhance team performance and service quality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus.
