Job Description

Main Tasks

• Provide support in the usage of CAD systems
• Ensure the data quality and data structures required by the customers
• Conduct the user training in handling of the CAD systems as well as in company standards and processes
• Support the local R&D department in problems solving as regards the related applications and equipment
• Collect ideas for enhancements and local requirements
• Coordinate the fulfilment of requirements
• Participate in the administration of the local R&D hardware and CDB server
• Monitor the servers (incident management, backup)
• Management of licences, ensuring compliance
