Position : Procurement Manager – Infrastructure & International Sourcing

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee infrastructure-related purchases and vendor management across multiple campuses. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end procurement , from vendor sourcing and negotiation to import / export coordination — particularly for electronic goods and lab equipment sourced from China and other countries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee procurement operations across all campus locations for infrastructure and technical requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors, contractors, and suppliers (domestic and international).
• Conduct first-hand negotiations for better pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Manage import / export documentation, customs clearance , and logistics for electronic and lab equipment.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, government import norms , and institutional quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships for long-term cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and project teams to plan procurement budgets and timelines.
• Track market trends, pricing updates, and supplier performance.
