Payroll Executive

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end

payroll processing and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge

of PF, ESIC, TDS , and hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel for data management and

reporting.

Position- HR payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end payroll processing for all employees ensuring 100% accuracy and

timely disbursement.

Validate and update employee data such as attendance, leaves, overtime, and variable

components before payroll run.

Prepare and maintain payroll MIS reports using Advanced Excel (pivot tables,

VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, etc.).

Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax,

and Labour Welfare Fund .

Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursements and reconciliation.

Manage employee queries related to salary, deductions, tax, and statutory benefits.

Maintain proper documentation and data management for audits and compliance

checks.

Stay updated with labour laws and statutory amendments affecting payroll and

employee benefits.

Support HR team with monthly reports, year-end processes, and data

audits.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Strong knowledge of Payroll processing and Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS).

Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting,

MIS reports).

Good understanding of income tax rules , salary structuring, and deductions.

Accuracy and attention to detail with strong analytical ability.

Excellent communication and data management skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and maintain confidentiality
