Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, analyzing their requirements, and presenting tailored solutions. Daily tasks include managing sales pipelines, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and contribute to business growth is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
Proven skills in business development, client acquisition, and closing sales
Strong understanding of customer relationship management
Competence in market research and competitive analysis
Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
Proficiency in sales tools and technology
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Experience in the talent management and recruiting industry is a plus
