3. Good Knowledge in workspace management, user management, application lifecycle.

4. Strong knowledge in the security modules like LDAP, SSO, DB logins,

5. Monitoring & logging, Storage and quotas

6. Patch and Upgrade Management

7. RESTful services

Good to Have Skills :

1. Exposure to Agile way of working

2. Working at customer premises.

3. ITIL process to handle to support process.
