Reporting Operations Associate

We are seeking skilled professionals to modernize reporting operations, optimize data flows, and drive automation across enterprise reporting platforms. This role is ideal for candidates with 4–9 years of experience in finance reporting and a passion for transformational reporting and data initiatives. Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30-day notice period will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process Assessment : Plan and support discovery workshops and perform current-state assessments of reporting operations.
• Documentation : Document existing reporting processes, data sources, tools, and manual interventions.
• Process Optimization : Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and automation opportunities; define clear objectives for optimized end-state reporting processes.
• Solution Architecture : Assist in developing solution architecture for the reporting platform and its integration with existing systems.
• Reporting Design : Support the design of reporting templates, workflows, and data connectors; build report templates aligned with organizational standards.
• Data Integration & Validation : Design and plan data integration workflows; implement validation rules to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• User Acceptance & Training : Facilitate UAT sessions and deliver end-user training programs for smooth transition to the new system.
