Job Description

As part of the Oetiker Production Engineering team, you will drive key development activities for metal forming products and manufacturing processes :

• Process Support & Development : Execute NPD tasks, process validation, and quality checks. Address new customer requirements, engaging with officials for approvals when needed.
• Project Coordination : Support senior engineers in tracking timelines, organizing meetings, and communicating updates across teams.
• Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate project documentation, process SAP Material Master, and support QMS audits for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Global Collaboration : Work with the Swiss R&D Team to ensure compliance with global standards for drawings, part numbers, and related documentation.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to digitalization initiatives, analyze production metrics, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency using lean tools.
• Cross-functional Teamwork : Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement new processes or products, escalating issues as needed.
