Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Chandigarh. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop hiring strategies, implement employer branding initiatives, and conduct interviews to identify the best talent for the organization. The role also focuses on collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruitment objectives effectively.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong expertise in Employer Branding and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility
• Skilled in Interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques
• Experience in Recruiting across various roles and industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR teams
• Prior experience in the technology industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
