Senior Associate - Programme Delivery (Executive Education)

Job Purpose

To handle and execute all desired learning programmes as per assigned task lists & established guidelines of the department and provide an outstanding experience for Faculty and Clients of ISB Executive Education.

JobOutline

The job holder will play a key role in establishing EE as a leading global player in Executive Education through effective handling and coordination of resources, capabilities and logistics for all programmes delivered by the centre in both online and offline formats.

This role will be involved from the Pre-Programme phase to execute EE programmes to support the end-end learning journey of a participant.

S / he works closely with the BD’s, Programme Managers, Clients, Learning Architects, Faculty and Participants.

S / he will directly frontend and support all logistical needs of assigned programme.

S / he arranges stay / travel requirements of the faculty & also makes arrangement for the stay of the programme participants across both campuses.

S / he procures case studies, reading material essential for the programme from different internal / external sources.

S / he shares programme communications, pre-course reading material, instructions as per School / Faculty guidelines.

As part of the programme requirements, s / he arranges the on / offline classes, event venues, field trips, activities and supports the logistical requirements for seamless execution.

S / he prepares welcome kits, class collaterals, certificate artworks and recreational facilities, other essentials as required

For successful accomplishment of the learning programmes, s / he closely coordinates with various stakeholders within and outside ISB.

S / he is also expected to address any logistic gaps pointed out by the faculty & programme participants in class / in feedback forms

As a part of the post program activity, s / he collects participants’ feedback on the programme and aids faculty contracts.

S / he will also maintain programme data for repository & audit purposes, as required.

The job holder arranges all the above while complying with the cost, time and quality guidelines of each programme.

To coordinate with client, faculty, participants and vendors to ensure smooth pre-program coordination - 35%

To arrange flawless and innovative program logistics to leave positive impact in the mind of participants - 35%

To coordinate for all post program activities such as closure of all program related expenses, collate participants feedback, supply program information to database - 20%

To take corrective action based on the participants’ feedback for improvement of program logistics and reduction of logistic costs - 10%
