About the Role :

We are looking for a Lead Node Engineer to join our team for a US client project..

Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript / TypeScript, Python. Familiarity in PHP is a plus.

Experience with modern web development frameworks and libraries, including Node.js and React.

Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Design, develop, and deliver scalable, performant, and resilient systems that meet current and future business needs.

Write high-quality, production-grade code to create pilots or proof-of-concept solutions for innovative ideas.

Contribute to the maintenance of existing systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability.

Drive the development of new features that align with business and user needs.

Lead complex technical initiatives, including the evaluation and integration of new technologies and frameworks.

Conduct thorough code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and maintainability.

Ability to technically lead a small size team (3-5 developers)
