Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic R&D Manager to lead and oversee the development of advanced software products in the Telecom / Lawful Interception domain.

The candidate should have a strong background in C / C++ / Java / Python, a deep understanding of telecom protocols and systems, and proven experience in managing technical teams and product life cycles from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the R&D / product development team for the design, development, and delivery of high-performance telecom solutions.
• Drive the product roadmap, feature definition, and delivery timelines in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage the entire product life cycle, including requirement analysis, architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Engage with customers and business teams to understand market needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovation opportunities aligned with the company's goals.
• Guide and mentor a team of software engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and support teams for smooth delivery and maintenance.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and presentations for senior management.
