We are seeking a highly skilled Power Apps Developer with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform , with a strong focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and AI-driven workflow automation . The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, strong problem-solving capability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps to support business processes and enhance productivity across the organization.
• Develop robust automation workflows using Power Automate to integrate systems and streamline end-to-end business operations.
• Utilize AI Builder and AI-driven features to implement intelligent automation capabilities such as document automation, predictions, text recognition, sentiment analysis, and form processing.
• Integrate Power Apps solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and external data sources using connectors and APIs .
• Build custom components, business rules, and responsive user experiences tailored to business requirements.
• Optimize performance, ensure scalability, and maintain application security within the Power Platform environment.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform feasibility analysis, design technical solutions, and provide iterative enhancements.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform system testing, and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
• Establish best practices, documentation, governance standards, and contribute to architecture guidelines for Power Platform development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including IT, Automation, AI / ML, and product teams to deliver innovative solutions.
