JOB SUMMARY - COE Manager
Role Overview :
The COE (Center of Excellence) Manager is responsible for driving strategic transformation, operational excellence, and analytics-led decision-making across the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. This role demands leadership in process reengineering, automation, and quality assurance, with a strong focus on delivering measurable value through predictive analytics and intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for driving transformation initiatives across business unit
- Leading Six Sigma and Lean projects to improve transaction quality and reduce operational costs.
- Implementing automation and AI tools to reduce manual effort
- Lead the COE initiatives including auto-audit algorithms, claims diagnostics, and intelligent workflow redesigns.
- Lead workshops and create decks to communicate COE initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee deployment of tools to improve overall delivery and reduce cost
- Manage denial prevention strategies and touch reduction initiatives in collection tracks to prevent SLA misses.
- Ensure compliance with government and internal standards, including training oversight and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, WFM, automation, and finance.
- Interface with Apria leadership and internal stakeholders to align COE goals with business outcomes.
Preferred Skills & Experience :
Proven experience in RCM operations and healthcare analytics.Strong command of automation tools, audit systems, and predictive modeling.Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.Note - RCM Medical billing experience with Good Voice and operational excellence can apply, else do not apply please)
