Sikich is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager with 9-12 years of accounting and / or finance experience. The ideal candidate must have experience in US GAAP general accounting, financial statement preparation and / or review, and team management experience.

Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee the execution and optimization of Month End Close and daily accounting tasks
- Manage the on-time and consistent delivery on multiple clients to client and US team.
- Drive and contribute towards process improvement, tools and training.
- Administer and supervise the daily accounting work with emphasis on quality and timely delivery.
- Supervise and ensure quality standards of accounting transactions by the team.
- Ensure that reports sent to clients are accurate and sent within scheduled timeframes.
- Execute project oversight and deliverables.
- Work in close coordination with US based team on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with US team on client deliverables
- Lead Client Status calls.
- Work towards continual talent development.
- Manage team performance metrics and responsible for team performance.
- Manage project deliverables and client engagements.
- Create and manage reports, budgets, cash-flow models, and supplemental reports.
- Display excellent leadership skills and manage internal / external expectations.
- Develop training content and deliver technical accounting and finance trainings to team members.
Requirements for Successful Candidate :
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and MBA in Finance or CA certification.Managed team(s) having at least 20-25 team membersPrior experience in a Delivery Management role for a US based firm.Knowledge of US accounting systemsProficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office.Organizational skills to manage a team and client engagements.Self-motivated with strong work ethic.Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Leadership and team management skills.Possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges.Benefits of being a part of the team
