Portfolio Associate

Role : IT Finance Analyst and project management experience.

Experience : 3 Years

Budget : 9LPA max

Shift : Afternoon shift / UK shift (3PM to 11PM)

Location : Bangalore (WFO) -5 days -Immediate Joiners.

Portfolio Analyst Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio projects to ensure they are in the proper project phase and that require monthly project updates are met and accurate each month.
• Ensure project schedules and milestones are on track with associated contracts.
• Own project risk tracker for the Portfolio.
• Provide analytical support for portfolio and other monthly reports for leadership and business review and presentation.
• Prepare monthly portfolio presentations and budget presentations that will go to IT Leadership. High attention to detail is required.
• Work with different IT and finance stakeholders around the globe to ensure financials are being reported in timely and accurate manner.
• Work with procurement to track status of contracts, renewal and PO progress.
• Assist with monthly forecasting and financial reporting across spend categories, including manually tracking where needed.
• Support adhoc reporting requests as needed.

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required. Power BI experience is preferred as well.
