About the Role
We are hiring for our Electro Minerals Division. The ideal candidate should have solid HR business partnering experience in the manufacturing sector. They should manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll and employee support, while driving talent and performance management. The role also involves leading career development, engagement initiatives, and L&D programs to promote continuous learning and align HR strategies with business goals.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End HR Support – Ensuring smooth operations and resolving employee concerns promptly.
- Talent Management – Driving initiatives to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent.
- Performance Management – Coordinating goal-setting, reviews, and feedback to build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Career Development & Engagement – Creating growth opportunities, mentoring, and fostering engagement through impactful programs.
- Learning & Development – Promoting knowledge sharing and providing access to relevant training resources.
- Payroll Administration – Managing accurate and timely payroll processing with full compliance.
