AI Agent Developer

Sikich is seeking a talented and driven developers with 3-5 years of experience to help us design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft’s ecosystem. This role involves working with Microsoft Copilot Studio for orchestration, Azure AI services for advanced capabilities, and modern front-end technologies (React) to deliver user-facing applications. Your primary focus will be pro-code work in Azure AI Foundry and front-end development in conjunction with others working in Copilot Studio’s low / no code environment.

Job Responsibilities :

Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement AI agents connecting to Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Integrate Azure AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Functions where applicable.

Build intuitive, responsive React-based front-end applications that interface with the AI agents and backend services.

Manage source control, CI / CD, and deployments using GitHub and Azure DevOps.

Build backend integrations using Power Platform connectors, APIs, or custom-built Azure Functions.

Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable design and deployment practices aligned with Microsoft cloud architecture.

Document solution architecture, configuration, and development standards.

Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience building solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem , including Power Platform, Copilot Studio and primarily Azure AI Factory.

Proficiency in React.js , with the ability to develop clean and scalable front-end interfaces.

Hands-on experience with Azure services (AI, Functions, Logic Apps, Azure API Management).

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication flows (OAuth, Azure AD), and Power Platform connectors.

Comfortable working in GitHub-based environments with branches, pull requests, and actions.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse , SharePoint, or other common enterprise data sources.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Azure AI Foundry (or similar AI development accelerators).

Knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration patterns for generative AI solutions.

Experience deploying secure applications in enterprise settings (Microsoft 365 tenant experience a plus).

Exposure to Copilot extensibility (custom plugins, Graph connectors, message extensions, etc.).

Prior experience with low-code / no-code platforms blended with pro-code solutions.
