Job descriptionAbility to understand different HR Solutions, their key differentiators and to present them to prospective clients A strong sense of initiative, ownership and motivation for new business development Great presentation, influencing and communication skills Ability to start and nurture customers’ engagement and build great customer relationships Growth mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving High level of energy and drive for constant customer connect and internal stakeholder engagement Ability to drive sales funnels from prospecting to close and delivery to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Devise and implement Sales and Marketing Plans to sell the company’s solutions to current and potential clients.
- New Business Development and driving revenue targets from new clients across India and MENA region
- Nurture and drive revenues from key existing accounts
- Create new business channels across India and MENA
- Build and promote the company brand
- Identify and resolve client queries and concerns
- Taking new consulting solutions to market
