Role Overview
CVanté is looking for a dynamic L&D Walk-In Faculty who can conduct high-quality training sessions on communication, confidence building, professional etiquette, and career readiness. This is an on-demand, visit-based role designed for professionals who enjoy training delivery, content refinement, and supporting both internal learners and external client sessions. Candidates should demonstrate strong facilitation skills, structured thinking, and a learner-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, outcome-oriented training sessions aligned with CVanté’s curriculum and program objectives.
- Facilitate mock interviews, simulations, feedback rounds, and personalized learner guidance.
- Prepare session materials, refine decks, and customize modules based on learner needs.
- Support backend L&D operations including content updates, learning assessments, and session readiness.
- Conduct training need assessments (TNAs) for in-house batches and external customers as required.
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement with new activities, frameworks, and case studies.
- Maintain high standards of learner experience, ensuring measurable improvements in confidence, communication, and professionalism.
- Submit brief session summaries, attendance, and feedback reports after each visit.
- Coordinate availability for 5–10 monthly sessions and ensure smooth scheduling with the L&D team.

Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.4–8 years of experience in training, facilitation, or L&D roles.Strong communication, presentation, and people skills.Ability to handle diverse learner groups with confidence and clarity.Comfortable with on-demand, visit-based engagement.Professional demeanor and strong command over spoken English.Contract & Compensation
