Outreach Specialist

Job Overview :

We're on the hunt for a proactive Outreach Specialist who doesn't just send emails, they make things happen with them. If you've got 1-2 years of experience in outreach or link building and have worked with email marketing tools and campaigns, this role is your next growth move. You'll be the go-to person for building relationships with publishers and influencers while crafting cold emails that don't end up in spam folders.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and connect with bloggers, webmasters, influencers for backlinks or collaborations. Execute personalized outreach campaigns using cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and social DMs. Leverage your email marketing skills to craft compelling outreach sequences with high open and response rates.

Collaborate with the SEO content to secure high-quality backlinks.

Analyze email performance (open rate, CTR, reply rate) and continuously A / B test subject lines, templates, and CTA phrasing.

Conduct competitor backlink audits and reverse-engineer winning outreach strategies.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in outreach, link building or email marketing.

Strong copywriting chops : you know how to write emails that get replies.

Familiar with cold outreach funnels, segmentation, and sender reputation best practices. Comfortable managing multiple conversations, follow-ups, and contact databases.

Basic knowledge of SEO.
