Job descriptionCoordinate, prepare, and compile bid submission documents for tenders, questionnaires, and pre-qualification stages. Prepare technical bids in coordination with seniors and handle e-tender documentation on various portals. Ensure timely submission of complete and accurate tender proposals. Receive and handle enquiries from clients related to tenders. Regularly follow up with prospective buyers for purchase orders. Track status and outcomes of submitted tenders. Maintain organised records of all past tenders, proposals, and responses. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements / commercial contracts required for business operations. Communicate proactively with clients and coordinate with internal departments for necessary inputs. Ensure all tender submissions meet organisational standards and client expectations. Strong understanding of government and private tendering processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); practical knowledge of Excel functions is essential. Strong organisational, documentation, and coordination abilities. Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail. Education : Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech (Electronics or Electrical preferred). Experience : Minimum 2–3 years in tendering, bidding, or bid management.
