ob Title : Enterprise Engineer
Job Overview :
The Enterprise Engineer will be a key contributor within Customer Delivery Engineering, providing support for large-scale solutions and resolving complex technical issues through deep technical expertise. This role involves driving technology transitions, influencing solution adoption, and building customer simulations to validate and resolve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver effective support for customer problem resolution and engage in complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to identify and resolve serviceability issues.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to address complex customer problems.
- Promote and uphold Estarta’s organizational culture.
- Continuously enhance technical skills within the relevant domain and related technologies.
- Consult and collaborate with customers and Cisco stakeholders to plan, design, install, configure, integrate, and optimize Cisco products and services to achieve business objectives.
- Support pre-sales activities by translating business requirements into solution designs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network systems to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Experience :
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, including ASR, Catalyst, and switching platforms.In-depth understanding of IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IGRP) and their operation over VPN tunnels.Hands-on experience with IPsec, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with DMVPN architecture, including multipoint GRE (mGRE), NHRP, and dynamic spoke-to-spoke tunnels.Experience with HSRP and VRRP.Familiarity with Cisco router platforms, tunneling, and VPN technologies.Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.Knowledge of encryption standards and secure hash algorithms (e.g., AES, SHA-2).Scope :
Interface with customers, internal leadership, engineering teams, partners, field personnel, CAP Managers, and internal product organizations to ensure seamless delivery of services.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 4 years of experience in IP routing and switching.Relevant Cisco certifications preferred (CCNP, CCIE).
