Responsibilities :
Responsible for course planning, pricing and Strategizing, scaling and managing the partner collaboration model
Responsible for managing the topline of your vertical
Build relationships with top Instructors
Identifying and executing initiatives to boost growth, driving margin improvements and delivering top notch customer experience.
Understanding the category in depth, and designing analytical insights into consumer buying pattern
Manage deployment and quality of service providers
Manage relationships with existing service providers and consumers
Creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns
Working with the product team to create a great user experience for that category
Working with the marketing team to generate customer requirement
Rolling out partner collaboration processes and ensuring that your team adheres to the SOPs
Team Management : Expected team size at full capacity : 50+
Desired Skills :
2+ years of experience in managing multiple hierarchy teams of 10+ employees (experience in managing multi geography teams is a plus) in account management / online advertisement sales or sales operations
Experience in starting and scaling large high performance teams.
Total 5+ years of experience
Experience in ecommerce and consumer internet industries is highly desirable
Highly analytical and data driven
High bias for action and ability to deliver results.
