Job description2-4 years of business development, inside sales or account management experience in fashion commerce. Strong understanding of the D2C fashion landscape and current market trends. Understanding & experience with key e-commerce growth levers like selection, pricing & discovery. Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. At Alle, we are building a personal AI stylist to discover, try-on & shop the best fashion ideas.
We’re assembling the founding team and are looking for someone with 2+ yrs of experience in inside sales / business development / partnerships with D2C brands to build the supply side of Alle. If you've worked with emerging D2C brands (preferably fashion) and love building relationships that drive growth, consider applying or send me a DM. In this role, you'll be working directly with the founders.
Alle is venture-backed by the top VCs & angels in India & US.

Your responsibilities will include :
- Identify, qualify, negotiate and onboard high-potential D2C fashion brands for the platform.
- Drive brand performance and growth by optimizing key metrics like discoverability, selection & pricing.
- Own end-to-end brand relationships and coordinate across internal teams for brand success.
- Analyze performance data and conduct market research to drive brand growth.
