About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing user-friendly, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for our web and mobile applications. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers and developers to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Design responsive, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.

Translate business requirements into intuitive user flows and interactions.

Keep updated with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and design practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

3–5+ years of professional experience as a UI / UX Designer.

Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.

Knowledge of responsive design, typography, and color theory.

Good communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Motion graphics and micro-interaction design experience.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end collaboration.

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).

Experience designing dashboards, CRM, or LMS platforms.
