Job Location -Mumbai (Vikhroli) Job Responsibilities Monthly Analysis alongwith reporting to Regional office Assist in publishing of the Monthly Topline with CEO & Regional office at the beginning of every month Manintain company level premium register, premium MIS Assist in various other month end activities like preparation of monthly P&L, MIS, tracking FGLI Market position Deliver monthly business presentations for managemnet Generate & circulate various functional Variance analysis Actual vs Budget vs prior Assist in Channel varaince analysis Budget & Forecasting Assist in quarterly business forcast analysis to monitor company progress Active involvment in preparation of the yearly budgeting activity Industry Analysis Conduct competitive market analysis & comparisons to supoort critical business decisions Board decks Assist in quarterly CFO & CEO decks for Board meetings Education qualifications CA with 4+ years of work exp / MBA finance with 5+ years of exp Key Skills Good understanding of life insurance industry Understand concepts EOM, Solvency, IGAAP profits SAP knowledge Good knowledge of Microsoft excel, Word, PPT Good communication & presentation skills
