Us Federal Contracts Support Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated US Federal Contracts Support Analyst to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts. The role will involve working closely with U.S.-based team to ensure adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) , and related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Review & Compliance
• Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.
• Identify and summarize applicable FAR / DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.
• Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO / OFCCP reporting).
• Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
• Audit & Monitoring Support
• Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.G., DCAA, DCMA).
• Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.
• Proposal & Pre-Award Support
• Review solicitations (RFPs / RFQs) for relevant FAR / DFARS clauses.
• Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
• Coordinate with U.S. contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.

Provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested.
