ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Editor / Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.

This role suits someone analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about performance marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.

Optimize campaigns to achieve CPA, ROAS, and performance targets.

Create ad copies, A / B tests, and landing page recommendations.

Monitor daily budgets, conversions, and campaign performance.

Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with insights & action plans.

Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS

1–3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads.

Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, tracking (UTM, GA4), and funnels.

Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.

Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions.

Good English reading / writing skills; sharp attention to detail.

Agency experience is a plus.
