Search Marketing Specialist Engine Marketing (SEM / PPC) :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Monitor daily budgets, performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and campaign KPIs.
- Write compelling ad copy and A / B test headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-action.
- Perform bid adjustments and budget reallocations based on performance trends.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, UTM tagging).
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page audits.Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking for SEO performance.Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized blog posts and landing pages.Track and report on SEO KPIs including rankings, organic traffic, bounce rate, and domain authority.Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., page speed, crawl errors, broken links).Use tools like Google Search Console and Screaming Frog for analysis and optimization.Analytics & Reporting :
Build dashboards and generate regular reports on search performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other platforms.Analyze trends, extract insights, and make data-backed recommendations for improvement.Stay updated on algorithm changes, ad platform updates, and emerging tools.Required Skills & Qualifications :
5 to 8 years of experience in Search Marketing (both SEO and SEM).Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bid management, and A / B testing.Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar.Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript basics, and web page structure.Ability to write, analyze, and optimize ad copy and landing pages.Excellent analytical, Excel / Sheets, and reporting skills.Preferred Qualifications :
