Role : Python Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a proficient and experienced Full-Stack Python Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building robust applications implementing server-side logic and crafting user-facing elements. Beyond coding you will play a key role in managing the codebase enforcing procedures and ensuring the long-term maintainability and scalability of our software.

Key Responsibilities

• Build develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python and related technologies.
• Compose efficient reusable and scalable backend services and APIs by employing Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Partner with designers to integrate user-facing elements seamlessly with server-side logic through JavaScript HTML and CSS.
• Manage and optimize database schemas queries and migrations using relational (e.g. PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases.
• Lead efforts to maintain code quality organization and automation including conducting rigorous code reviews enforcing coding standards and implementing guidelines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on best coding practices development patterns and code quality.
• Effectively administer the codebase through the use of version control systems like Git encompassing branching techniques pull requests and release oversight.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including writing tests debugging and solving technical issues.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

Required skills and qualifications

Nice-to-have skills

Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Docker CI / CD pipelines).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure).

Experience with microservices architecture.
