Sales Coordinator

Dear Candidate, We are looking for Sales Coordinator - Mumbai HO (Borivali) Role & responsibilities Sales Support : Assist the sales team in preparing sales documents such as quotations, contracts, and proposals. Coordinate and manage the scheduling of meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements for the sales team. Ensure that all sales-related information is accurately recorded and maintained in the CRM system. Order Processing : Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services. Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and fulfill customer orders. Track the status of orders and communicate updates to customers and the sales team. Customer Service : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing information about products, pricing, and availability. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained by providing exceptional service and support. Sales Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular sales reports and analysis, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market trends. Assist the Sales Manager in tracking sales targets, goals, and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales data and transactions for reporting and audit purposes.
