Division Overview :
Global Markets Division : Based in Mumbai, the front-office team which works on a team extension model delivers pricing, modelling, prime services and risk management expertise to the Global Markets business. Founded as a centre of excellence, the group leads the way in price discovery and portfolio optimization techniques and is integral to the business’ aggressive revenue targets. The team is playing an integral role in structuring, pricing, risk management and new idea generation.
Business Overview :
The Prime Finance Client Services team is the primary point of contact to the Prime Finance Hedge Fund client base, (COOs, CFOs, Financing / Treasury, Legal Counsel etc) providing a clear access point into the Firm for all non-execution queries, PB financing, cash management, clearing, technology, legal and regulatory needs.

Role & Responsibilities :
The Role provides a unique opportunity to work in front office environment and building relationship with senior team members and get mentorship
Allows the candidate to show entrepreneurship in thinking of way to add value to client, improve profitability of the firm
As a junior member of the team, assist the member of the Client services team in dealing with client requests on the platform, help senior free up time to focus on organics growth.
Assist in acting as a central point of contact for the client mapping to make sure the firm has a clear understanding of the business conducted by the client and the opportunities to help the organic growth and build closer relationship to the client by being able to find way of providing them additional services
Contribute on analysing client opportunities and control the profitability / growth of the Prime Finance client base by creating a high touch service model and a reputation that attracts new clients.
Requires to develop understanding of resources specifically balance sheet / leverage exposure, internal clearing / trading costs, funding rates.
The role requires proactive attitude to improving processes, highlight operational and control risks / efficiencies and look for ways to prevent issues from re-occurring, either systematically or through new procedures / operating model.

Strong coding skills (understanding of API key)

Very Strong work ethics

Should be a power user of Excel spreadsheets with strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of Python, VBA and dashboarding tools like Power BI will be preferred but is not an absolute requirement.
Comfortable with technology to the extent of helping manage / design automation infrastructure
