Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications :

• Educational Background : Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree (B.Tech.) / Bachelor of Engineering(B.E.) in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution. Higher qualifications, such as a Master's degree or relevant certifications, will be an added advantage.
• Technical Proficiency : A solid foundation in civil engineering principles, combined with an in-depth understanding of construction methodologies, project management practices, and design standards, is essential.
• Software Skills : Proficiency in industry-relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera etc is expected.
• Soft Skills : Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders. Leadership qualities and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams are crucial.
