Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Pastry Chef located in Hyderabad. The role involves leading the pastry department, creating and executing innovative pastry and dessert recipes, and overseeing baking and food preparation processes. The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, managing a team, and ensuring menu consistency and compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

Expertise in Bakery and Baking techniques, including knowledge of bread making and pastry preparation.

Proficiency in Food Preparation and precision in Cooking for pastry and dessert items.

Strong Culinary Skills, including recipe development, design, and innovative approaches to pastry art and presentation.

Ability to manage and train a team, maintain food safety standards, and oversee inventory and supply management.

Experience in creating a variety of desserts and pastries for diverse customer preferences.

Professional culinary education or certification in pastry arts is highly preferred.

Proven leadership qualities and experience in a professional kitchen environment.
