Job description

🚀 We're Hiring for Sales & Business Development (Shopify SaaS / eCommerce)

Location : Delhi (on-site)

Experience : 1-2 years

CTC : upto 4.8L p / a + incentives (based on review)

Closer is expanding its SaaS division, and we’re looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Executive to onboard D2C eCommerce brands onto our Shopify app. If you understand the eCommerce ecosystem and love helping brands scale using tech—this role is for you.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Identify, target, and reach out to D2C, eCommerce & Shopify brands
  • Explain the value and features of our Shopify app and onboard brands onto the platform
  • Conduct product demos, nurture leads, and close deals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with product & marketing teams to improve customer success and feature adoption
  • Track sales metrics, pipelines, and CRM updates

✨ Who You Are

  • 1–2 years experience in eCommerce / SaaS / Shopify / D2C sales
  • Strong communication & outbound sales skills
  • Ability to explain tech products in simple, impactful ways
  • Comfortable running demos and handling sales objections
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and excited about working in a fast-growing SaaS environment
  • 💼 Bonus Points If You Have

  • Prior experience selling SaaS tools in the eCommerce ecosystem
  • Understanding of Shopify, plugins, and D2C workflows
  • A network within D2C / Ecommerce brand founders, marketers, or agencies
