Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Jaipur. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and coordinating with the design, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes tracking and analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy and Market Analysis skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and communication
• Knowledge of Agro Processing Machinery and industry trends
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using marketing and sales software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role within the agricultural industry is advantageous
