🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Drive performance marketing KPIs — ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV , and revenue growth.
- Manage campaign budgets , daily spend, and performance reports.
- Build and execute A / B tests for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Stay ahead of performance trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.
🧠 Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns for a D2C or eCommerce brand.Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably .Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics .Experience with Shopify, Google Tag Manager, Pixel, Conversion API , and attribution tools (e.G., Triple Whale, Hyros).Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Excellent communication and creative collaboration abilities.⚡ Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing.Basic knowledge of SEO, email automation, or retention campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).Comfort with tools like Canva, Notion, or Figma for ad planning and reporting.🎁 What We Offer
