Investor Relations Specialist

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound investor calls and resolve queries efficiently.

Clearly explain product details (FDs, mutual funds, etc.).

Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone in every interaction.

Share customer insights with Product and Marketing teams.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate support.

What We’re Looking For

Good English communication skills.

Clear speech, confident tone, and patience while handling calls.

Basic understanding of financial products.

A positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers.

Job Details

Work Mode : 100% Remote (Work from Home)
