Job descriptionPlan and implement updates, version changes, and system upgrades. Ensure smooth release cycles with minimal impact on end-users. Execute and coordinate changes in the application environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and minimize operational impact. Contribute to support and enhancement projects on a need basis. Be part of the on-call support rotation as required. Work closely with the Senior Project Manager in Germany for planning, reporting, and alignment on deliverables. Mandatory Skills : Strong hands-on experience with Frontend, Backend, and DevOps technologies Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development or application management Proficiency in ITIL service management frameworks Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes Familiarity with Agile / Kanban project management methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle on-call support when needed Education & Experience : Bachelors or Master s degree in a relevant field Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of application management, focusing on a B2C application. You will support ongoing operations, participate in incident and problem management, coordinate releases and updates, and drive changes in collaboration with teams across geographies. This role requires a well-rounded developer with solid experience in Frontend, Backend, and DevOps technologies.
