Business coach

As a Business Coach, you’ll be responsible for helping our clients gain clarity on their goals, refine their business models, and implement actionable strategies that drive measurable results. You’ll work closely with clients via 1 : 1 calls, group coaching, and progress tracking sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Coach clients on scaling strategies, lead generation, sales, and mindset.

Conduct weekly 1 : 1 or group sessions to ensure clients hit milestones.

Audit client offers, funnels, and marketing strategies for improvement.

Identify blocks or blind spots that are limiting growth and provide solutions.

Maintain client accountability and progress tracking through CRM or internal tools.

Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, marketing) for client success.

Contribute to training materials, frameworks, and internal playbooks. Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Business Coach, Consultant, or Entrepreneur.

Strong understanding of business fundamentals : marketing, sales, operations, and mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of helping clients or teams achieve measurable growth.

Empathy, patience, and the ability to adapt your coaching style to different personalities.

Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM systems, Zoom, and productivity tools. Preferred (Bonus)

Experience coaching in service-based or online business industries.

Prior experience in a coaching company or high-ticket program.

Familiarity with social media lead generation, funnels, or digital product scaling. What We Offer
