Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in business development, focusing on driving growth through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
