Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales IT Recruiter with strong understanding of the US staffing market. The ideal candidate has consistent experience working with consultants on the bench, marketing them to clients and vendors, maintaining relationships, and securing project placements in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and market bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, CPT, EAD holders) to direct clients and preferred vendors.
- Identify suitable job requirements from job boards, vendor lists, and client portals.
- Submit profiles with accurate formatting, rate confirmation, and required details.
- Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding interviews, submissions, and project progress.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendor partners, account managers, and clients.
- Negotiate rates and terms based on market demand and consultant expectations.
- Track daily submissions, interview schedules, feedback, and closures.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and employment verification processes are completed as required.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities and consistently work toward closures.
Required Skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience in US Bench Sales Recruiting.Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and immigration categories.Good knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn).Proven track record of placing consultants across multiple technologies.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Solid relationship-building skills with vendors and clients.Good analytical and follow-up skills.
