Job Summary

The Cosmetic Merchandiser is responsible for presenting beauty and skincare products in an appealing, brand-consistent way to maximize sales and elevate the customer shopping experience. This role ensures cosmetic displays are clean, well-stocked, visually attractive, and compliant with company and brand guidelines. The merchandiser works with store teams, beauty advisors, and brand representatives to support product launches, promotions, and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain cosmetic displays, testers, and signage according to brand standards.
• Ensure shelves and gondolas are fully stocked, clean, and organised.
• Monitor product testers for hygiene and replace them as needed.
• Execute promotional setups, planograms, seasonal resets, and new product launches.
• Inspect products for damage, leakage, or expired items and remove them promptly.
• Track inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Evaluate product performance and customer engagement, providing feedback to supervisors.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and beauty consultants.
• Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends, brand updates, and competitive activity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
