Senior Manager – Sales Field Operations

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and approve field force expense claims (MRs, ABMs, RBMs, ZBMs) as per company policy.

Monitor travel, conveyance, and promotional expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Oversee sales operational activities — tour planning, input / sample distribution, and field documentation.

Collaborate with Finance and HR for reimbursements, budgeting, and hierarchy updates.

Support annual sales budgeting and coordinate audit activities related to sales operations.

Drive automation and process improvements in expense management systems.

Conduct training and ensure adherence to expense and UCPMP guidelines.

Desired Profile :

10–12 years of experience in Sales Administration / Field Operations within the pharma industry .

Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Hands-on experience managing large field teams and complex operational processes.
