Job Title : Remote Sales Closer – MSM (MindShift Media)

Employment Type : Commission-Based (Work from Home)

Compensation : 10% Commission on Each Sale (No Cap – Earn What You Close)

Company Overview MindShift Media is a result-driven content and social media management agency, helping coaches, creators, consultants & D2C entrepreneurs scale their brands across 7 platforms with scroll-stopping content and distribution.

Role Overview We’re hiring a passionate, persuasive, and performance-focused Closer who’s ready to take high-intent leads from Meta ads and convert them into happy clients. You’ll be handling inbound leads, conducting discovery and sales calls, and closing high-ticket content marketing and SMM packages.

What You’ll Do Handle warm leads generated from Meta ads (already interested prospects)

Qualify leads and conduct consultative sales calls via Zoom / phone

Pitch and close MSM services (packages ranging from 20000–50000 / mo)

Follow up with leads and keep the CRM updated

Maintain a high close rate and earn commission on each sale closed

You’re a Fit If You Have At least 1 year of experience in sales or closing (preferably service-based or agency offers)

Strong communication, persuasion, and rapport-building skills

Confidence to handle calls and sell over Zoom / phone

Self-motivation and a hunger for commission-based earnings

Comfort working remotely and managing your time
