Somewhere is a US based recruiting agency that sources worldwide talent for US and EU clients. We have over 150 employees and the company is growing fast - with over 50% year-over-year growth in both 2023 and 2024. The majority of our talent is sourced from Latin America South Africa Europe India Sri Lanka and the Philippines.

Scope of the Role

As a Recruiter your job will be to source screen and place candidates to our client’s companies. You will develop job descriptions post them on popular job boards like Indeed Linkedin and more. You will also build profiles and execute outreach to candidates directly. The job also includes screening candidates and sourcing applicants through referrals networking and more!

Duties and responsibilities :

• Source and place candidates per month
• Interact with both clients and candidates
• Build full and complete candidate profiles
• Screen and interview candidates
• Provide customer service and fast response time to our US based clients
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients

Requirements :

Compensation :

$600 - 800 USD per month depending on skill and experience.

Additional requirements :

You will work on US hours during training and then Sri Lanka business hours after completed training. You will be employed as an independent contractor and paid 2x a month in USD.
