We go beyond just reporting scores, as we deliver in-depth analysis, thoughtful predictions, real-time updates, and more across football, cricket, NBA, WNBA, and esports, including games like EA Sports FC, FC Mobile, WWE 2K25, NBA 2K25, BGMI, Roblox, GTA 5, and PUBG. This is not a traditional job.

We're looking for a Junior Founder's Staff member to serve as a versatile operator and strategic partner to our leadership team. You'll be a generalist, working across multiple functions—product, growth, operations, and finance—to tackle our most critical business problems. You will be expected to rapidly switch contexts and execute on a wide range of projects, from running key initiatives to building new business lines from scratch.

Qualification :

UG / PG (Premium / Tier 1 College) Mini Work experience : 12-15 Months

What You'll Do!

• Lead Strategic Initiatives : You will own projects from end-to-end, defining the problem, developing the strategy, and driving execution. This could include launching a new product, optimising a core business process, or analysing a new market opportunity.
• Act as a Force Multiplier : You'll work closely with the founder, helping to identify and solve high-priority issues across the organisation. You'll prepare presentations for the board, conduct market research, and support our leadership team in making data-driven decisions.
• Build & Scale : You'll be a core part of our mission to scale. This means getting your hands dirty and doing what it takes to get the job done, whether that's building a financial model in a spreadsheet or drafting a product spec.
• Conduct Analysis : You will be responsible for synthesising data to provide actionable insights. You should be comfortable with tools for data analysis and be able to communicate complex findings clearly.
• Work with Cross-Functional Teams : You'll be a liaison between different teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on key goals and objectives.
